One thing you might not know about us is that we’ve built a truly global network of Specialists.
Our operations team is based in over 7 different countries, and this international setup is not just a fun fact — it’s a strategic choice.
Managing such a distributed team comes with significant logistical and organizational efforts. As many of you know, we host our in-person Academies two to three times a year, flying our Specialists in from across the globe to meet, train, and align in key locations. It’s not easy, and it’s certainly not cheap.
But this investment pays off.
Not only does it allow us to easily cover multiple time zones, it also ensures resilience during emergencies.
Just recently, during severe blackouts and connectivity issues in parts of Europe, our global setup proved its strength. While local infrastructures were down, we remained operational thanks to our decentralized structure.
In moments of crisis, this becomes more than a technical advantage — it’s a lifeline. It allows us to keep supporting your customers with roadside or medical assistance, even when the unexpected happens.
