🚀 The 2024 ACADEMY wrapped up yesterday after three days filled with meetings, training sessions, games, and discussions. We talked about services and how to improve them, learned through play, and attended presentations by professionals from the Insurance, Marketing, and Medical fields. 🚀
It was amazing to come together, and we’re already planning the 2025 sessions, which will be packed with surprises.
The Academy will expand and involve not just our team anymore!!!
Key Focus Areas this time:
Business: Claudia Bighellini, spent a wonderful day with the women on our team, sharing insights and training on business and the success stories of women who have made it. The goal was to inspire the team, enhance their understanding of how a company works, and start offering them new business perspectives.
Insurance and Assistance: Alessandra Busilacchio guided us through the intricacies of the Italian insurance market, with a special focus on the role of brokers and the benefits of assistance services.
Consumer Psychology and Marketing: Jan Daga unlocked the secrets of the consumer mind, providing valuable insights to create more effective business ideas.
Workplace Wellness: Dr. Francesco Tirapelle shared expert advice on maintaining proper posture and performing effective stretches to prevent work-related aches and pains.
