Today we introduce Barbara, who works in the Administrative Department. Although she does not operate directly in the Control Center or in Customer Support, her contribution is essential in supporting the Center’s activities. The Administrative Department is the lifeblood that connects suppliers, the Control Center, and our customers, ensuring continuity and accuracy across processes. Especially during the summer period, Barbara focuses on confirming costs and speeding up operational activities, allowing the Control Center to work efficiently and without interruptions.
